Hy-Cap NEO supercapacitor
Market leading supercapacitors developed to eliminate effects of extreme environments are proven in 3rd party field tests

VINATech's development engineers have re-invented their EDLC technology in both 2.7V and 3.0V radial series to overcome the challenge facing customers where finished products are installed in extreme environments. The challenging conditions are over and above recommended specifications for standard EDLCs.

Following material improvements to the standard VEC range newly patented processes have been applied to the WEC family and has shown remarkable results following long term field tests with customers in many sectors, these have now exceeded over 18 months of constant trials with cycling at 65°C 95RH with no signs of failure.

The NEO series is ready to combat effects of extreme environments is now in Mass production in our own ISO/TS approved Manufacturing Plants and being used by Blue Chip companies across the world.

The new NEO series will cover the range of 1 Farad to 100F in Radial options.

Hy-Cap EDLC single cell models, divided into rated voltages of 3.0V, 2.7V
are suitable for applications that require a higher power.

EDLC Single cell

Hy-Cap EDLC single cell models use activated carbon on the anode
and cathode electrodes. These models come in lead terminal,snap-in
terminal and axial terminal variants. In addition, Φ8 and Φ10
Hy-Cap single cell models can be supplied in Ammo Taping Package.
